Matthew is an active member of the CII, a Liveryman and Livery Committee member of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, is regularly involved in promoting Insurance Careers in schools as well as participating in various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives aimed at both guiding clients and attracting and promoting the insurance industry for emerging talent.

Since 1999 he has been involved in specialist insurance recruitment, covering City, National & International disciplines from claims and back office roles to brokers, underwriters, producing teams and MGAs.
Over the past 24 years Andy has built and consolidated Insurance recruitment teams for companies who operate within the London & Lloyd’s Market. More recently MGA capacity provision, M&A experience as well as high end head hunting and search assignments have been his main disciplines.
It is with this in mind that Andy joined Harrison Holgate to help develop individuals within the Insurance team, all of whom are experienced recruiters.
